Averaged 1600-1700 calories daily over the month and exercises 75-80 percent of the days. I’m taking it as a win. I have been good with exercise now just to stop rewarding the healthy habit with more food. Do I want to stay the same or change? If I eat back the calories there is no change.
Back to healthier choices now that the holidays are mostly over and I’m back home and back to my routine. Learned a lot this kk t. Also weaning off my anxiety meds so hope that helps with my weight.
