I have not been adding my food to the diary, because I have not had time. We are in the final stages of our spousal visa, getting ready for the interview at the Consulate, so I have had a lot running to do! Even though I haven't been at the gym for almost two weeks now, I have managed to keep my portions small and making healthy choices, like veggies, fruit and lots of water. Interview will be on Nov 3rd. Prayers welcomed and needed!!
