Päiväkirja - Nimm, 19 elo 11

Back from the business trip, ready to start lifting again and maintaining for a few weeks before the bulk starts (although I did go a little munchie-crazy last night, but one night jump start on the bulking is not an issue).

Thinking about just ignoring the scale completely from now on. Jumping up and down 5 pounds everyday from foods/glycogen/fluid retention makes the scale almost useless for the kind of body mass tracking I want. I may just have to go purely with the mirror/clothes fitting approach.
I mean, after last night's little indulgence, my glycogen is all restored and I'm up 6 pounds from a week ago. But I look the same, because I am the same - there has been less than a pound of mass added or lost. So, I'm finding less and less reason to bother with weigh-ins, as long as I'm tracking what I eat.
