I had a satori after my unrecorded weigh in today. I only record in on Friday and Monday. I was very disheartned that I am not showing much improvement. I'm always counting calories, weighing in, exercising and just not losing any poundage. The satori is this:
"If I wasn't being conscientious about my weight, I'd be at least 20 pounds heavier."
So I'm going to not give up! Two more days until weigh in.
