Well, I didn't make the goals today, but was a lot closer than I know I have been in the past. I am still amazed at that food log of what I used to eat. WOW
I have made my lunch for tomorrow; it was a process! But, anything new takes some time to learn and I will get quicker at it. Tonight I am happy that I feel full and that I had time to exercise in between rain bouts. I am looking forward to the week ahead and I am THANKFUL for the wake up call to better health!
