LMNT has had a hugely positive impact for my husband but he is an underground miner working in extreme heat and sweating a lot so for him it has been a game changer for being hydrated and not cramping up from dehydration. If your low carb or sweating profusely and not having much salt in your life it can have great benefits. I’m not sure that it’s as necessary for everyone

LMNT is decent as far as electrolyte supplements are concerned. But honestly, it is just the current trendy supplement at the moment. The vast majority of people don’t need it. Unless you are really sweating a lot throughout the day, regular old water should be sufficient. Or, a pinch of salt and drizzle of honey in your water 😉
That being said, if the added sodium isn’t an issue, and you don’t mind the expense, they probably aren’t detrimental either. That’s my opinion, anyway. 😎
