Oh well I'm up 0.8 but that's ok with me, because I'm exercising daily and eating well making protein my priority at each meal and hitting my body's needs. plus I'm learning to keep my stress low doing medication and getting out visiting my old friends. Did you HEAR that? with Facebook and social media we don't in person visit anymore it's soooo sad. my friends open armed me and almost cried because they are lonely too. Bless everyone today take care of yourself and share your with people with need you. 🙏🌹🙏
