I feel like I am eating so much food and it is so in reverse of what I have tried before in terms of losing weight. Basically, I am counting macros not calories. Fiber and protein are key. So is movement throughout the day to keep the blood sugar more balanced. Seeing the risk of disease so elevated from my blood work was pretty eye opening.
I am thinking I could probably just do two meals a day with the fiber and protein intake as is unless I am working out because I am totally stuffed. Or maybe two meals and a snack. we will see. Down two lbs though already is a good promising start.
