I had 3 teeth pulled in prep for orthodontics and now I’m on a liquid soft diet for a week.
I’m sure I will lose but maybe short lived. Either way if I can keep it or that would be fabulous x

Had Mac and cheese that was cooked to mush and swallowed without being chewed. Another 29 hours and I can have soft food without worry. This has been brutal and painful and awful and I still have braces to put on in 4 days which means more pain.
