Yikes. I forgot to record yesterdays and I started to then got to the bloody mixed nuts I took a container of to work yesterday and today.. over 600 cals a serve and im sure i had more =( CRAP. Fatty nuts dammit
So... this gal is going to not consume some nuts for a few days.. I am completely turned off by the evil little things right now =/
So my recording for yesterday was all messed up and inaccurate but todays is accurate- and Im not happy jan! Going to start exercising tomorrow, we had shopping to on monday, meeting on tuesday, a doc appt today all after work so been pooped!! I might weigh in tomorrow, i was going to weigh every second day untill the progress is a bit slower but right now im upset about my intake coz of those nuts i dont know if i want to leave it an extra day... we shall see.
