Well been crazy life lots of death in family I’ve been sick tummy issues to the point I’m cutting out a lot of food nothing seems to be helping starting at the basics before I starve myself. Nutrients are not getting into my cells working with my messed you body no energy can’t sleep much. So many things I can’t eat do lots of broth and teas Trying salmon salad tonight for dinner!
