A few more days till I move away. Lifestyle needs to be healthy to stay sane at my stressful job and have been away for 2 years almost.
Healthy food choices and working out before snd after work is the plan. Moving away with no friends so I will have nothing better to do.
Up the dose of ozsmpic today. I notice my stomach is less fat than it was 3 weeks ago.
