That's my experience of a few days eating according to an "extended" paleo diet.
The first two days I had headache and actually considered giving up on paleo and looking for some other kind of diet. Now I feel better, but actually found too heavy eating so much fat. I think during next trip to the grocery store I will buy leaner meat and more veggies that can be eaten raw. I am also quite clueless about paleo breakfast...besides of banana-egg pancakes, eggs, smoked salmon, what else can I eat? I think on the weekend I will experiment some egg muffin and tortilla paleo recipes.
My aim till march is to set up a routine such as practicing sports 3 times a week. (A further step will be half an hour of walking/sports every day). Yesterday I have been swimming and I am proud of having swam for 1 full kilometer. Today I stayed home the whole day and decided to use Just Dance for about 45 minutes. I love dancing and I love the Just Dance system. It's a way to workout and have fun from home. (No, I haven't been paid to advertise that). I wish there were more systems using smartphone as sensors to track movement and practice "virtual" sports from home without having to buy a gaming system/platform.
