YES!! It makes me regret never appreciating my body. We must remember this thought when we get to where we’re aiming! 

absolutely now I'm 66 and look at myself when I was 33 I think WOW I was beautiful! 

and I never knew.......  

omg yes. A few years back I was 12 and a half stone and kept thinking I was too fat to wear shorts, too fat to buy the cute summer dresses, too fat to blah blah blah. I can't believe I was so dumb and I absolutely blame the diet industry that was springing up when I was kid for screwing with my perception of myself  

That's the tragedy of youth. Albeit too late when to look back.  

For sure....
