Grumpy early morning but happy all over - managed to fight setback and lost those extra 2.5 kilos off this week. Unfortunately have to admit that without at least 2 sets of activities during this time it would not be possible, so am in a bit in despair - total zeitnot is not good thing to live in and too many things to deal with at the same time create almost lightspeed of daily routine... :( very upset as will have to make a choices not liked by myself though self care go first this time.
