It has been some time since I really used this app but I am excited to get back to it. I last weighed myself in January and was 271 pounds, since that week I started to make healthy bento box lunches every day and also committed and have followed through with only having one “cheat” day. While I still haven’t weighed myself, I know that I’ve lost more weight then the last time I used this app and I have been focusing on the nonscale victories and living a healthy lifestyle.
It’s crazy how much my tastes have changed and that I love fruit now and that a regular soda feels like it is way too much now. Changing my focus and doing this for long term reasons I have finally been able to have a healthy relationship with food.
I’m not going to rush myself to weigh in as I am just trying to appreciate the effects that I can feel and definitely see now, but maybe in the next couple months I will since I have been doing this for over six months now
