Day 48 of 365 ..
Well I have surprised myself . I seem to me in a better head space . But then that prat , him in doors starts the insults. Trouble is he has done it that often and says things about my past , that now none of it makes the slightest sense to me anymore. Keep them coming I say , fill your boots man . IT DON'T HURT ANY MORE, THERE IS NOWT LEFT IN THE EMOTIONAL JAR IT IS NOW EMPTY .
And yes I have told him so . And I get the greatest of pleasure to watch him try to make things right . Nah I say not going there . I am amazed that this hasn't rocked my diet. Looks like I am doing something frightening afterall .
