Haven't written anything here for 6 days as have had my 8 year old grandson to stay and diet gone out the window! Not unduly concerned as my time with him is more precious. Will get back on the diet tomorrow for sure as I'm aware of my cardiology appointment on 19th September. Still fretting over that! ☹️

You will be just fine…. You lost a considerable amount of weigh in short period of time …. All will be ok on the day of the appointment will. Be praying for you 🤞🙏🙏🤞
