How do I feel today...well a little disappointed as eating a big ass bowl of frosted flakes last night did not help me with my goals, was about 500 calories more than what... I but on the other hand I have been really good at walking on every break...and meeting the goals of 10,000 steps or more...I am starting to feel the difference in the loss...So, today we are expecting really bad weather...which could be stressful as mom is on oxygen 24/7 and I am at work, but my husband is with her...However, I am going to make this my day... to work on me...that I am dedicating this day to a healthier me, so I am going to strive to make the right choices on food...I CAN DO THIS!!

Yes, you can do it. Cereal is very addictive - especially the sugar kind. Try not to buy any of it. If others want it in your household, tell them to buy their own and hide it. Works at my house!
