Hello everyone how are you all . I fell off the wagon this past 2 weeks . Not been keeping my diary walking drinking water absolutely rubbish. Eating rubbish and feel rubbish. As if this year hadn’t been bad enough my cousin who is like a sister has been diagnosed with breast cancer . She will have surgery in the next week or so . Will know more then .
On a better note My kitchen is finally in and spent today oiling my oak worktops . Shelving and paneling next. Had an induction hob and electric oven so that will take some getting used to .
Back on track from tomorrow. Need to get back to feeling healthier that I can change sadly the rest I can’t .
Think summer is over the little we had . Feeling quite autumnal here in 🏴. Hope you are all good had a scroll through and can see most are doing great congratulations. Those of us who are not .
