Good Tuesday Morning All.

I'm dragging a bit this morning. Not sure why but I feel really tired. Fortunately I have a busy day ahead so I will end up "forgetting" how tired I feel and before I know it the time to go home will have arrived.

Yesterday was quite productive. Which befuddles me further ... as to why I feel less than enthusiastic this morning. I slept okay. I exercised this morning. And now it is tiem to launch into my day!!

So perhaps I'll begin by listing my "as if" list ...

I weigh 180 lbs.
I am strong and tall.
I am long and lean.
I crave healthy foods.
I am satisfied with healthy foods.
I feed my body when it is hungry with healthy foods.
I exercise regularly.
I am organized and efficient.
I am financially stable.
I manage my finances wisely.
I earn $100,000 a year.
I own a vacation home abroad.
I vacation regularly.
I manage a foundation (Random Acts of Kindness)
I am a expert in my field.
People pay me for my expertise.
Our wood shed in full.
I am kind to myself.
I take care of myself.
I like myself!
I like my body!
I handle strong emotions and conflict calmly.

Somebody give me a quarter and I'll go home and crawl back into bed!! LOL!!! Crazy tired!!

Grateful as always ...

1. For increasingly cool nights but still some warm days in the forecast.
2. Making progress towards getting my second reflective supervision group started.
3. For working together with my husband towards a common goal.
4. For coffee ... can you even imagine how tired I would be without it?
5. For healthy routines ... which eventually simply MUST pay off with weight loss!!

Have a good day ... no waxing poetic this morning ... no "deep" thoughts ... simply putting one foot in front of the other!!

Hi Carol! I have been pretty tired myself lately and can't figure out why. When I was at home I was always going and up late at night. Here I seem to be struggling. I'm hoping it's just the lack of exercise and I will wake up soon. One good thing it made my first night alone here go quickly. I was sleeping by 11pm and barey could keep my eyes open until then. Hope you have a great Tuesday!! It is Tuesday isn't it? I can't even keep track of the days anymore. lol

Hope you can finish early today and go back home getting some rest. Here too the nights are colder, we had our first frost last night! Not too happy about that but there's nothing I cant do so I just enjoyed the sight.... Have a great day!

The nights are getting colder here also...this is not a good thing in my book. It is a good thing that you took today off from waxing poetic today, when you start waxing again it will be fresh and new. As the days get shorter I get tired earlier and earlier until I adjust to it. Keep the house well lit and it should help.
