It seems to have been a really hectic couple of months and I am hoping not that fall is here, things will start to slow down a bit and maybe I can keep up!! However, in all the hustle and bustle, I have not gained back the weight, so I believe I have handled it well! A good attitude is a big part of success - as I have learned from so many of you - and I thank you all for that!! I am apprehensive of the holidays, but I am hopeful that since I held my own during this rough patch the last two months, I can do the same over the holidays. Family and friends have been so supportive . . . not pushing food on me when I say I can't have it is really helpful. Instead, they just praise me for having the willpower to stick to it and I will tell you, that praise really helps alot. We all like to be praised for doing something well, don't we. So to everyone out there - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, YOU'RE DOING GREAT!! :)
