I am a little upset about myself today. It's Monday and here at work co-workers brought snacks and I ate a brownie. Now I'm beating myself over it. UUUGGGHHHH!!! Why can't I resist? I'm going to work out extra today and try to make up for it. I really wish I had the strength to resist and diet without feeling like I'm suffering.

I STRUGGLE in this area too, but don't beat yourself up. Just tell your self that this challenge is just for a season and remember the pain of regret is worse than the pain of discipline. Keep focused and keep your e eye on the goal.

One brownie doesnt mean you broke your commitment. You're in this for the long haul so don't beat yourself over it. You've only failed if you stop trying.

I am the same way, if you placed a pizza in front of me you would have to keep your hands clear, I would tare it up. We all have our strengths and weaknesses, unfortunately ours is food, it is going to be a struggle all of our lives. I do not think we need to beat ourselves up over it, I think we just need to realize it is going to be an issue for a very long time. I have not smoked for 3 years now, after smoking for 25 years and I still struggle with the urge, You are doing great Gleny

Ugh I had two brownies last week that my sister in law sent over with her Dad. Then I had a cupcake yesterday she sent over too. I should have thrown those away. I scraped off the icing but still. Idk why we do this but we do and good job putting in the extra work.

We all fall short on occasion. The beauty of the path to health and wellness is that you can always return to it if you stray.

Don't stress to hard.. Raises your cortisol levels!! It's all good, we need to enjoy the moments in life.. Sometimes it's a good ol' fashioned brownie! You recognized it was bad for the diet, take it from now.. Start again! Don't let 1 food ruin your day!!

One brownie in the morning is not the end of your world. Do a little extra calorie burning and keep it moving...

You have to let yourself slip once in awhile...you're human! one brownie isn't gonna kill you :) Stress on the other hand...
