Well it's no fun being sick from food poisoning but it sure did knock me off my easter candy binges. This is the lowest weight I've been in 8 yrs. I did 30 min on the elliptical yesterday and finally ate 1500 cals. Been around 1000 since last Wed because my stomach is so messed up. I worry about damaging my metabolism when I can't eat enough. It's been a week now, really hope this ends soon. I feel like I'm improving some because horrible chills have gone away and less pain.
