What a busy weekend! I am proud though, as I accomplished everything on the list. Passports, check. Home Depot run, check. Fence painted, check. Backyard clean, check. Vacuum house and stairs, check. Put away Xmas stuff that was frozen in the ground until February, check. Clean living room, check. Bedding washed, check. Grocery shopping, tasty meals cooked, dishes, laundry, etc., check. Finally. A weekend that I am proud of what was accomplished.

And I stayed focused. I also re-discovered just how refreshing and tasty yogurt can be as a "treat". My food on Saturday was a little fatty, but I had guacamole in there, so that is good fat. When I tried to eat my huge stuffed pork chop last night for dinner, I realized that it was too big; and so I cut it in half and now it is part of my lunch today. That is a HUGE paradigm shift. Eat until you are comfortable - not until you are miserable.

Plans for the week - 3 trips to the gym. Eat right. Cook for the fundraiser tonight. Call Chantay the nurse on Thursday and let her know that your blood pressure numbers are looking better. And most importantly, you are gpoing to focus on the fact that you are worth it. Every little bit. You already feel better. Keep going.
