I target a 1000 calorie deficit per day which according to my Fitbit should yield a two lb. a week loss. Well so far so good. This week I was right on target. I have a 4 day road trip coming up but I know how to plan what to eat now so I should be fine. Just can't be tempting by food that I don't pack. Moving and grooving is paying off! Also I changed color and have kept it the same for two weeks now. Looking forward to my next color.
