I'm not sure where I stand, still no weight loss, which is discouraging. However, I feel better and my focus is better; I don't have that foggy brain and dead tiredness in the middle of the day. I have been consistent in my choices and I feel that I have made very good choices. I continue to walk my required 3 miles a day, even when that is the last thing I want to do..so I feel good about my attempt. My thoughts as to why I haven't lost weight is my body is use to me quitting after about 2 weeks, now it is still not being provided junk that it one had it is rebelling by holding on as much as is can. So, I am trying to stay motivated and positive especially since the weekend is upon us. I do have a birthday party, but I really have no concerns about my choices. I will take my water and socialize.
