Okay, so I was rueful on Sunday about my indulgences (and they were many), but I neglected to mention the 2.5 hr. hike we did on Friday. Also, I indulged yesterday (Canadian Thanksgiving), but almost certainly less than I did last year. On the other hand, I am up about 2 lbs., showing that, indeed, my sins do come home to roost after a couple of days. But it is a new week, and I'll do better this week.
