I am excited had a one pound loss plus...To help jump start the morning metabolism I have started back walking in the morning at the Park, but I am limiting the time to 30 minutes of hard exercise. In addition, I think I will only do this 3 days a week and still walk 5 days a week in the evening. I don't want to burn out and start finding excuses as to why I should quit. I calculate during this 30 minutes I am walking 1.5 and with my 3.00 in the afternoon, I should be ok... I have elected to go to the OWL phase and increase my carbs to 25..I have been wanting me some nuts and now I can have a limited amount...Nuts have always been a good source of protein for me and a wonderful appetite suppresser. Once again, it is easy to stay motivated when you are provided results. It is a grand day...today I wore clothes that I purchased in May and could not get the pants over my hips, plus I am amazed as to how comfortable they are and plan on wearing them to a function this weekend.
