9st 7 (half lb off at WW again which was a nice surprise again!) Fat 23.6% according to the little monitor I have, probably way out since the one at gym puts me at 10% more than that at least! But I'll keep measuring and see if there's any change. One reviewer online of a new version of this old thing I dusted off and rebooted says it's only doing BMI, it's not fat % at all! But it does change a little from day to day which BMI wouldn't. Anyway, two meals out today and too many cakes yesterday so generally very pleased with today's result for now at least!
