Small set back this week!! I had trouble over the weekend, I was busy all weekend and barely had time to think about what I was eating or doing. I attended several meetings and workshops and ate what they fed us and, though it was busy, there was not a lot of real exercise. I know I went up almost a lb, but am going to work extra hard to get back on track.
