Its been a crazy 3 weeks...had a week of staycation gain a few...working on getting those pounds off...mom back in hospital...family fight...turn a year older...dance recitals...kids fishing rodeo...work...start cardiac rehab on 06/7...OMG...let me get off this pity train and take a deep breath and make the best of it, and to remember my blessings...job, family, kids, my own health...
