Well didn't do so well tonight! Went to a wine and food event at a local gourmet store.....ate tiny bits of this and that, and sampled several wines. Probably when all was said and done, it was not too overboard, but it felt like I definitely ate more than I should have.
Another day tomorrow......will hit the gym and get back on track!
