hey guys! i'm pretty busy working on actually "work" stuff and on "wedding stuff" when I get small breaks. The morning has flown by!

I had to switch around my menu a little bit, because I didn't realize pasta fagioli was so high in points...grrr. Not gonna sweat it though!

What i really need to do is figure out my dinner for tomorrow night! My cousin is staying over and she's requested chinese food. She's too cute. She's 18 and thinks she knows everything! I love her! Anyway, any suggestions??

Have a good day!

I am sure there is actually "healthy" chinese food out there, but I have never had any : ). I am sure you will do just fine, if all else fails just eat a smaller portion!! I bet you are getting really excited about the wedding!! It will be here before you know it and you will be the slim beautiful bride you have always dreamed of being!!

thanks, wintergirl! yeah i'm thinking of getting the chicken & broccoli, not eating the rice, and just having a ton of the broccoli!

No matter how healthy you try to eat, which chinese food I think you will always have a gain due to the salt. Either eat what you want, and deal with the gain, or make your own frozen meal that night. Chinese sounds good right about now......

Chicken and broccoli sounds pretty good, or some kind of shrimp dish with a light sauce and a lot of vegetables. Good luck and have fun with your cousin!

yeah... you gotta make your own to be safe! Even the 'good' like broccoli has too much soy sauce prob. Can you do japanese, get sushi and let them get the hot stuff!

You can usually order chicken and veggies steamed and without the sauce. If you get it with brown rice you will be fine. Or you can get sauce on the side and just add a little bit. The thing is that it needs to be a decent place or the chicken will be nasty without the sauce. :( And thanks for your compliment about my Christmas card.
