MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
Day 32
Weight 199.8
Yes ... it actually went up from yesterday despite staying well within my RDI. All I can say is that I am really looking forward to my weight not bouncing up and down like a rubber ball so much. I am indeed feeling a little frustrated but what else can I do? I will simply keep doing what I have been doing and eventually it will settle down, right?
Regardless ... today is Christmas and my indulgence day and it will be a fun and wonderful day with my family!! Also so good eating ... as I will be roasting Prime Rib today ... with delicious side dishes!!!
Today I am grateful for ...
... a lovely Christmas Eve with my family
... the beautiful snow that fell making everything look so fresh and bright
... a relaxed day today
... watching my son wake up!!!
... smiles on my family members faces
So ... kind to myself again I will be ... and really remember NOT to be concerned about the scale. I feel good, my snow pants fit ... what else could I ask for??? LOL!!
