Well, here we are. It is a new year, and a new chance to re-form my good eating habits. It has been fun to take a break--too much fun--and I'm tired of not fitting into the nice clothes I bought. Also, I have been away for an extended period over the holidays, and am now back home where it will be easier to keep tabs on everything. Back to work!
