Ok, so I am very serious about my weight loss now. Starting the 28-day diet on Monday 30January. Have measured myself and will be tracking results: 25January 2017 Chest: 100cm (goal by end Feb = 95cm) Stomach: 100cm (goal by end Feb = 95cm) Bum: 106cm (goal by end Feb = 100cm) Thighs: 63cm (goal by end Feb = 58cm) Weight: 75.1kg (goal by end Feb = 70kg)
Will measure again each Saturday going forward till end February!!!
