I know it just started but I'm having such a positive week. Killed gym yesterday..was sweating like a pig and the endorphins just flooded my system. I weighed unofficially this morning, sitting at 82.9kgs. I haven't seen a number this low in almost 3 years. I also released that I am 3kgs away from a 10kg loss! And people around me are starting to notice. Slow and steady seems to be winning the race. Onward and UP!
