Probably another weird fluctuation since I was 208 yesterday. I usually try not to weigh in everyday, but I was feeling pretty good this morning so I went for it. I've had my meals planned for a couple days and its helping me to not snack or over-eat. I've known for a long time that I need to slow down while eating and I'm trying to accomplish that. I ran a Mile yesterday and jumped rope for exercise. Hope I can keep this weight off.
