Päiväkirja - BeaugezD, 11 tammi 12

Today is the second day of a challenge that I have presented to myself. All I ask of myself is to stay on plan for the next 14 days, which means no slips, no excuses. 1st day was successful, so far so good today. In addition, I have made a grocery list and getting ideals for the weekend meals. I read today where most people binge or slip when they don't adhere to their 3 meals a day. Which on the weekend I have the tenancy to miss breakfest and lunch because we have been so busy. I feel that I have missed opportunities for weight loss due to the number of slips/ bad choices I have made. However, I am trying to stay positive by seeing what a difference these few pounds have made and what a difference the next 10 pounds could make. Also, I have am very happy with how my body feels different, so I need to quit thinking about the number. I have been trying to lose this weight since September 13, 2011, which is 4 months. I am finding myself making better choices without thinking so much about it. When I went to the store the other day and passed by the pastry shop, I just breezed on by without a 2nd thought like it didn't even exist. So, I hoping to continue on that same path...I am giving myself a pat on the back for even addressing this issue and continuing on the mission, even through many disappointments (scale).
