Hello All!, new here, I had a bariatric vsg surgery April 18th of 2016. my starting weight was 219 pounds and I'm only 4 foot 11 my goal is 120 pounds, I reached 163 in October and have been in a massive stall since, have been quite busy and can't seem to get over that stall also was winter and the snow I can't go out and hit the exercises that Iike to when I want to so I'm here hoping I can get suggestions and get myself back on track, with some support from everyone and giving support back to all as well
