Good Sat. morning all. Survived the storm but is very cold this a.m. Floating between 6 & 7 above zero. That isn't counting the chill factor.

Wish me luck on good and healthy eating today.

ADDITION: 2.82 over on my net carbs today. OOPS!!! Thats ok for now as my true start date isn't until Feb 1st.

I guess we are back in this together! Keep your chin up and stay motivated.....I tell that to myself everyday and it is working so far!

laurie - did you say you have a fitbit you dug out of the bottom of your drawer??? let that re-motivate you! Take your norm... let's say it's 6,000 and just shoot for 500 extra steps every day for a week. Then the next week, shoot for 500 extra more... and so on!!! You can do this.. and why, Feb 1st? I think I missed something?
