Yesterday I stumbled by giving into a craving...I ate 1/3 of a garlic sausage ring, probably an additional 700cal right before eating dinner...then for dinner I ate a hot dog and mac & cheese, more poor choices...my blood sugar was fine, but I'm a little disappointed with myself for that...

My weigh in went well, as I expected. I could have lost more weight, but my exercising is sparatic to be kind to myself...although I did get up this morning an do some exercise, 15mins for cruches and arm curls...I need to get to bed earlier, I don't think 5hrs is enough for me...

Oh well, back on the plan I go!!

Had a rough weekend myself (barbeque and beer, went easy on the beer) but made up for it today with 3 miles on treadmill and 30 minutes on weights. I am going to be hurting tomorrow but it felt good!
