OK friends....worked out every day for the past five days. Yay! Now if I will just quit sneaking in those bites of things I should not be eating!
Really hope the scale rewards me this week and that I have worked off more than I have taken in.
Hubby is gone again for two more weeks. That is good on one hand; I have more time to work out in the evenings, but it is bad because I am more tempted not to cook a proper dinner and then I end up snacking.
Ultimately, I have to do this by myself for me.
