Well didn't get to make a journal entry yesterday got going and just got to busy. Up this morning weighed in at 361.7 just 1 lb away from my 10 % goal. My WW WI is tomorrow and I will have to work on getting a lb off before WI tomorrow morning, Perhaps salads and veggies today and limit the meat protein. Would really like to hit that 40 lb loss. So on to the rest of the day.
