During the weekend I had some pakora, indian fried stuff made out of onions and chickpea flour. They were very tasty, but I've seen it was hard for me to digest them. I want to avoid fried food for some months, because I want to be healthy again. I've been eating lots of junk food during first part of 2011.
I will cut on sugar as well.
At the moment I am loosing weight fast. In a few weeks it will slow down and it'll get harder to loose every single gram. I want to be strong enough to keep dieting and working out, to overcome tough days of hunger to come.
Today I am again below 63kg and I am proud of it!!! :)
