Yesterday was 100% on plan, and I even managed to consume over 1200 Kcal. It's nice to have an appetite again, but I have a feeling that it will fade as I stay under 20 net carbs a day. My goal is to get enough veggies in this time around. Unfortunately, my preferred veggies are the starchy ones, but I do like salads, so that will probably be my go-to.
