Had another excellent food day...except the healthy choice I thought I made at dinner, beef stir-fry with rice...1190cal...good thing I was under 900cal for the rest of the day or it would have been a disaster...but I am still under my RDI, but not 500cal under like I was aiming for...

I guess when you go out for dinner, get a salad with dressing on the side...cliche, but it's about the only safe option...wifey wants to go out tomorrow night for drinks with friends...I guess I'll be the designated driver...sacrifices you have to make when you are trying to stay healthy...
