Went to a dinner party last night for a friends birthday...I did pretty good on my food choices...and planned on having two beer to stay around 2200cal...but I had three beer...not a huge deal was just over 2300cal when all was said and done...+1 on the healthy choices, I opted not to have a piece of chocolate cake...that was a little hard, since even the women at the party were having big pieces...used the diabetic card to get out of the peer pressure on that one...it does come in handy once in a while!!

I have my weigh in this evening, so hopefully the good choices over the last few days will show some benefits...here's to hoping I lose 1.5lbs...

Anyway, I hope everyone had a good week...I did!!

I'm be right there in spirit hoping for 1.5 for you too. Definitely +1 on food choices, well done my friend. Sometimes it IS smart to use the diabetes-card. Good thinking. It just takes so much explanation out of things.
