Today was a good day...no cheats or poor choices, although I forgot to take my pill at lunch...but not a huge deal, I have a feeling we will be reducing my dosage on my next visit to the doctor...

Anyway, I made a video of my plan for weight loss and posted it to YouTube...so I thought I would post the link here...

Madjak's Healthy Living Plan - 2012

I don't know if this will work, but I just wanted to show my starting point (even though I started a couple of months ago). I'm planning on making a video every few weeks, maybe every 10lbs or so.

I've noticed that I need to focus more on my diet. I'm doing fine with the calories, but I need to balance the diet out...too many carbs & fat, and not enough protein...so I will work on that this week.

Anyway, I hope everyone else is doing well...
